Strategic Sales Manager

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Papilio located in Jayanagar, Bangalore, you will be responsible for spearheading the launch and growth of the innovative office automation product, Papilio. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a solid background in B2B/SaaS sales, team leadership, and strategy execution. Your role will involve expanding market presence, building a high-performance sales team, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include leading end-to-end business development efforts for Papilio, focusing on mid-sized to large enterprises to automate and streamline office operations. You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team while setting clear performance goals and fostering a results-driven sales culture. Developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies, meeting or surpassing sales targets, and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies will also be part of your role. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B or SaaS product sales, preferably in the technology or software industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision, and proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools will be beneficial.
