About the Role:

Strategic Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in both B2C and B2B segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with academic institutions, corporates, and channel partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to design and execute market expansion plans.
  • Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide strategic insights.
  • Drive the entire sales process – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports and revenue forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in EdTech or Education Sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to strategize for long-term growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
