This role is suited for someone who thrives on building new client relationships, understands the nuances of services-based sales, and can confidently engage CXO-level stakeholders in strategic conversations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in selling to the brown field companies (integration, digital, cloud, AI), a keen sense of business dynamics, and be open to regular domestic and international travel. Key Responsibilities: Drive the sales of high-margin existing business and net new, including Integration (MuleSoft/WSO2), Salesforce consulting, cloud migration, AI solutions, and resource augmentation. Develop and close new business with enterprise and mid-market accounts, focusing on high-value consulting and services-led engagements. Communicate business value and ROI to senior executives (COO) and build long-term strategic relationships. Engage with alliance/OEM partners (Salesforce/MuleSoft, etc.) to co-create go-to-market plans, drive lead generation, and manage joint pursuits. Translate complex client needs into tailored services proposals, working with delivery and solution architects. Lead or support creation of RFP responses, pricing models, and statements of work (SoWs). Identify staff augmentation needs and propose blended delivery models. Maintain accurate data in the CRM for opportunity stages and pipeline forecasting. Collaborate with internal teams Talent and Delivery Teams to ensure aligned and timely deal execution. Willing to travel regularly to client locations, industry events, or partner meetings (up to 30–40% travel). Required Skills & Qualifications: Around 6–8 years of experience in enterprise B2B services sales with a strong hunter mentality. Success in software and services selling, preferably in Integration, Cloud, Salesforce, or AI. Understanding of services business models, solution scoping, effort estimation, and pricing strategies. Excellent communicator with executive presence; able to engage CXO-level stakeholders. Working knowledge of integration platforms (MuleSoft), Salesforce, and exposure to AI/ML. Proficient in Excel for pricing, modeling, and ROI calculations. Solid grasp of CRM platforms like Salesforce. Ability to build trusted relationships with global OEMs and channel partners.
