Job Description

You will be joining Prowess Software, a leading integration services firm specializing in API-led transformation and enterprise modernization. As a multi-year award-winning partner to leading iPaaS and middleware platforms, you will help global clients accelerate digital outcomes through scalable, intelligent integration solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive the sales of high-margin existing business and net new, including Integration (MuleSoft/WSO2), Salesforce consulting, cloud migration, AI solutions, and resource augmentation. - Develop and close new business with enterprise and mid-market accounts, focusing on high-value consulting and services-led engagements. - Communicate business value and ROI to senior executives (COO) and build long-term strategic relationships. - Engage with alliance/OEM partners (Salesforce/MuleSoft, etc.) to co-create go-to-market plans, drive lead generation, and manage joint pursuits. - Translate complex client needs into tailored services proposals, working with delivery and solution architects. - Lead or support creation of RFP responses, pricing models, and statements of work (SoWs). - Identify staff augmentation needs and propose blended delivery models. - Maintain accurate data in the CRM for opportunity stages and pipeline forecasting. - Collaborate with internal teams Talent and Delivery Teams to ensure aligned and timely deal execution. - Willing to travel regularly to client locations, industry events, or partner meetings (up to 30-40% travel). **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 6-8 years of experience in enterprise B2B services sales with a strong hunter mentality. - Success in software and services selling, preferably in Integration, Cloud, Salesforce, or AI. - Understanding of services business models, solution scoping, effort estimation, and pricing strategies. - Excellent communicator with executive presence; able to engage CXO-level stakeholders. - Working knowledge of integration platforms (MuleSoft), Salesforce, and exposure to AI/ML. - Proficient in Excel for pricing, modeling, and ROI calculations. - Solid grasp of CRM platforms like Salesforce. - Ability to build trusted relationships with global OEMs and channel partners. - Comfortable with travel and representing the company externally.
