Inside Sales Representative | Mode: On-site, Permanent, Full-time Location: Mumbai-Thane, India NOTE: Require only female candidates Job Overview: We seek a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly with a strong background in cold calling. The ideal candidate will excel in generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: β Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, emailing, and following up on leads. β Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating how firm can meet those needs. β Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives. β Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of companyβs products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections. β CRM Management: Accurately record and manage all sales activities and client interactions in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. β Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences. Qualifications: β Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. β Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation. β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β Strong negotiation and closing abilities. β Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. β Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Requirements β Experience in the climate-tech or HVAC industry is a plus. β Familiarity with IoT-based solutions and subscription models.
