About Neodocs:

Neodocs is a YCombinator and Omidyar-backed health-tech startup founded by IIT Bombay alumni Nikunj, Anurag, and Pratik. We're building instant, smartphone-based tests that can be done anytime, anywhere clinic, home, office, travel, hospital, etc. One needs to simply take the test, click a photo using their phone, and the results are generated within 30 seconds.


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in public health (or related social/health domain) plus strong business/strategic-partnership skills. The role’s purpose is to design and drive the organisation’s growth strategy, build and manage partnerships (with government agencies, NGOs, donors, private sector), and help scale public-health programmes sustainably.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organisation’s strategic plan for public health initiatives set objectives, work-plans, budgets and roadmaps.
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritise potential partners aligned with organisational goals.
  • Build, manage, and nurture strategic relationships negotiate MoUs/partnership agreements and ensure ongoing collaboration.
  • Lead fundraising, grant proposals or resource mobilization efforts (where applicable), including proposal writing, budgeting, donor engagement, and pitch development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (programs, operations, communications) to implement partnership-based projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate project or partnership outcomes; track metrics, report progress, recommend improvements.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in Public Health, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Several years (e.g. 2-3+) of experience in public-health, development, social-sector, or related organisations, with demonstrable time spent on strategic planning or partnerships.
  • Proven experience in building and managing partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, financial literacy (budgets, forecasting), and ability to translate public-health needs into sustainable business or funding strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
