We partner globally with pharma companies, distributors, and healthcare organizations to bring cutting-edge diagnostics to millions of patients.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and drive our public-health strategy
• Set goals, workplans, budgets and project roadmaps
• Identify and onboard partners, govt bodies, NGOs, donors, private sector
• Build strong relationships and negotiate MoUs/agreements
• Lead proposals, pitches, fundraising and budgeting
• Work closely with operations, programs and communications teams
• Track project progress, measure outcomes and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Public Health, Policy, Social Sciences, Business or similar (Master's is a plus)
• 2–3+ years of experience in public health / development / social sector
• Experience building partnerships with govt, NGOs, donors or private sector
• Strong strategy, planning and analytical skills
• Comfort with budgeting, forecasting and proposal writing
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
