NeoDocs is a Y Combinator and Omidyar backed health-tech startup that is building the future of

diagnostics, by bringing the lab to your phone. Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, NeoDocs develops

instant lab test kits, with results generated on the phone within 30 seconds.


Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED candidate to become a core part of our strategic team, and

lead our vision to make instant, affordable diagnostics accessible to every Indian. This is your

The role involves nurturing business relations, ensuring customer success and building long-term

partnerships. It offers you the opportunity to travel across India.


The Role – What You’ll Do

As our B2B Partnerships & Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Identify & evaluate new partnership opportunities and business verticals aligned with NeoDocs’ goals.
  • Reach out to prospective partners, pitch NeoDocs’ value proposition, negotiate initial agreements, and close deals.
  • Initiate and run pilot projects with partners defining goals, KPIs, and success criteria, and work toward long-term collaborations.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations; act as their main point of contact.
  • Ensure partner success: smooth onboarding, ongoing support, continuous communication, and high satisfaction.
  • Collect and relay feedback from partners to internal teams to help refine NeoDocs’ offerings.
  • Co-create case studies and success stories with partners to highlight mutual value.
  • Work closely with internal design, content, product & operations teams to build pitching decks, enablement materials, onboarding flows, and partner-specific deliverables.
  • Monitor partnership performance (usage, engagement, ROI), suggest improvements, and identify upsell / expansion opportunities.
  • Travel across India as needed to meet partners, lead pilots, and strengthen relationships.


Who We’re Looking For – Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 1-2+ years (or more) experience in B2B partnerships / business development / channel sales / account management / customer success ideally in SaaS, tech-enabled services, or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing B2B deals, and managing long-term partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams across functions and geographies.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable measuring metrics (adoption, ROI), drawing insights, and recommending improvements.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across India as needed.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude.
