Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities ;


  • Build and manage relationships with Government(Central and State) customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and close IT infrastructure and security solution opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets through structured account planning and pipeline management.
  • Promote SHI’s full portfolio: Networking, Security, Datacenter, HCI, Hybrid Cloud, VDI, Edge, HPC & HPC-AI.
  • Drive tender activities on GeM/eProcurement including RFP tracking, bid submissions, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with OEMs (Cisco, Dell, HPE, Palo Alto, Fortinet, VMware, etc.) for pricing, support, and joint GTM motions.
  • Work with Presales for solution design, BOM creation, proposals, and customer presentations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account mapping, and regular reporting to leadership.
