The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing bespoke bridal, everyday, and milestone jewellery, while also ensuring seamless coordination with CAD and production teams. A deep understanding of international trends and the ability to translate them into relevant, brand-aligned collections is essential. In addition to design responsibilities, the candidate will manage and engage with HNI clients, conduct personalised consultations both in-store and virtually, and ensure each custom order is executed with precision and creativity. Client relationship management will also be a core part of the role. The candidate will be expected to maintain accurate CRM data, follow up with clients at key milestones, and ensure a consistently high standard of post-purchase engagement.
