Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Chef - Omelette located in Sanik Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi. The Assistant Chef will be responsible for preparing various types of omelettes, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly handled, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Additional tasks include assisting the head chef in meal preparation, following recipes and plating guidelines, and ensuring high food quality and presentation. The candidate will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing various types of omelettes and other egg-based dishes Experience in a professional kitchen, including food preparation and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality food presentation Relevant culinary training or certification is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
