📝 Scriptwriting & Ideation

Write engaging, platform-specific scripts for UGCs, product videos, ads, influencer collabs, and short-form reels.

Develop multiple creative angles (educational, lifestyle, humorous, testimonial, fear-based, etc.) tailored to brand tone and audience.

Translate briefs into storyboards, dialogue drafts, and shot-by-shot structures.

Maintain a content library of scripts categorized by product, target persona, and creative type.

🎥 On-Ground Execution

Attend shoots and ensure the script vision is executed accurately.

Direct models/actors during takes for correct tone, delivery, and visual emotion.

Coordinate with cinematographers, lighting crew, and editors to maintain consistency with the brand’s creative standards.

Ensure all shoot logistics (location, props, wardrobe, and product samples) are ready prior to production.

Take ownership of on-set problem-solving — from timing and scheduling to improvising scenes when needed.

👥 Talent & Influencer Coordination

Identify, shortlist, and reach out to new influencers, actors, and models suitable for upcoming projects.

Handle basic negotiations, scheduling, and shoot coordination with them.

Maintain a tracker/database of influencers, their performance metrics, and prior collaborations.

Ensure influencers receive product briefs, scripts, and brand guidelines before filming.

🧩 Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align scripts with campaign objectives.

Collaborate with the video editors post-shoot to refine narrative flow, transitions, and hooks.

Support performance marketing with quick script iterations for A/B testing.

Provide on-ground creative feedback and production insights to improve upcoming content.

Preferred Skills

Strong storytelling and copywriting ability (especially short-form video).

Excellent communication and coordination skills with on-set teams.

Understanding of lighting, framing, and product showcase basics.

Comfortable managing influencers and small-scale productions.

Fluent in English and Hindi; familiarity with regional languages is a plus.

Prior experience in D2C, lifestyle, or FMCG content creation is highly desirable.
