Job Title: Business Development Executive Department: Sales Department Location: Noida sector 62 Employment Type: Full-time Benosupport looking for a motivated Busines development Executive with experience in software/IT sales to generate leads, build pipelines, and drive first-level conversations with prospects. REQUIRED SPECIALIZATION / EXPERTISE Software Sales RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect and qualify leads using Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other platforms. Make first-level calls, schedule demos, and nurture leads. Work with the sales team to convert opportunities into business. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Must collaborate with Digital Marketing Department for Branding and other Marketing Initiatives SKILL SET JOB PROFILE Job Skills Required:- 2+ years of inside sales / lead generation experience (software/IT domain preferred). Software/SaaS sales previous experience should be preferred. Storytelling attitude with good positioning skills. Strong communication & client engagement skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead-gen platforms. Ability to engage with international markets with fluent English communication. Based in Noida / NCR (preferred). Tech and Tool Skills:- Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other platforms. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead-gen platforms. Soft Skills:- Make first-level calls, schedule demos, and nurture leads . Ability to engage with international markets with fluent English communication.
