As we expand our presence, we seek a passionate and experienced New Store Opening Manager to lead our retail expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Management of New Retail Store Openings: - Lead the end-to-end process of new store openings, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including architects, contractors, and designers, to maintain brand consistency and deliver compelling in-store experiences. - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of store openings, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. 2. Market Recce and Location Analysis: - Conduct thorough market research and site visits to identify potential new store locations. - Analyze demographic, economic, and competitive data to assess market potential and site feasibility. - Compile and present detailed reports with observations and recommendations for new store sites that align with Cult's growth strategy. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop targeted launch strategies and promotional activities. - Establish strong relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and local community leaders to facilitate smooth entry into new markets. 4. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and health and safety standards. - Identify potential risks associated with new openings and develop mitigation strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in managing multiple retail store openings, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry. - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively. - Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and financial reports. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Passion for sports and an understanding of the sportswear market. - Willingness to travel for market analysis and store opening logistics.
