Role & responsibilities Store Operations Management Important Note: Candidate must in jewelry background. Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewelry store. Ensure store cleanliness, display, and security standards are maintained. Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. 2. Sales & Customer Service Drive sales to achieve monthly Achievements. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated complaints. Build long-term relationships with high-value customers. 3. Team Management Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff. Allocate responsibilities and monitor staff performance. Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback. 4. Inventory & Stock Control Monitor gold, diamond, and other jewelry inventory. Ensure accurate stock handling, billing, and record-keeping. Prevent stock loss through strict security and audit measures. 5. Compliance & Security Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Oversee store security measures, including safe handling of jewelry and cash. Coordinate with accounts for accurate reporting and daily closing balances. 6. Reporting & Coordination Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports to management. Coordinate with head office for promotions, offers, and marketing activities. Implement new policies and procedures as per management instructions. 7. Customer Engagement & Marketing Plan and execute in-store promotions and festive events. Ensure visual merchandising standards attract customers. Collect customer feedback for service improvement.
