Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase customer loyalty and repeat business
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Team Leadership

• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to ensure high performance
• Provide training and development support to staff
• Schedule shifts, manage team rosters, and handle performance evaluations

Store Operations

• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
• Ensure all store processes and SOPs are followed for efficient operations
• Coordinate with head office teams, including logistics, marketing, and inventory

Customer Experience

• Ensure an elevated in-store experience aligned with Jodi’s brand values
• Handle high-value clients with professionalism and attention to detail
• Manage customer service issues effectively and promptly

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a retail sales or store management role (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Passionate about design, fashion, and customer experience
