Job Description

Operational Excellence

Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning during assigned shifts.
Maintain store hygiene, food safety, and quality standards as per company guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and timely shift handovers.

People Management

Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Prepare shift rosters and manage manpower allocation effectively.
Resolve employee issues and promote a positive team environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and assist in new staff onboarding.

Customer Service & Experience

Ensure every customer receives quick, courteous, and accurate service.
Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales & Profitability

Achieve sales targets and implement local store marketing initiatives.
Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation.
Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and cost control.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all statutory and company policies (FSSAI, fire safety, hygiene, etc.) are followed.
Conduct regular audits to maintain operational and safety standards.
