What You’ll Do

•Lead a small but passionate team that shapes a welcoming, joyful shopping experience every day.

•Make our store a space that feels like Jodi: from the curated playlists to the story behind every handmade piece.

•Keep the space lookin’ gorgeous and our customers happy—from smooth inventory flows to dazzling visual displays.

•Host pop-ups, preview nights, or style sessions to share our love for storytelling and slow fashion.

•Build lasting customer relationships that turn every visit into an experience (and every guest into a Jodi fan).

•Be the link between our craftspeople, the brand, and Delhi’s design-loving crowd.

Who You Are

•You think on your feet and can problem-solve with a smile.

•You’ve managed a store for at least a year (bonus if you’ve worked in fashion, crafts, or design).

•You love people, thrive in a high-energy space, and believe that every customer deserves a story—not a sales pitch.

•You care where things come from and how they’re made, and want to be part of a brand that puts craft and fairness first.

•You’re comfortable with retail tech (POS/register systems, spreadsheets, maybe even Shopify).

.You want work to be joyful and believe in the magic of good design.
