**Job Description** As a Store Manager at Meat Maestro's retail outlets in Hyderabad, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operations and success of the store. Your responsibilities include: - Delivering excellent service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Motivating the sales team to achieve sales objectives through training and mentorship. - Creating business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and improve profitability. - Hiring, training, and supervising new staff members. - Addressing customer complaints and concerns professionally. - Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations. - Developing and implementing promotional materials and in-store displays. - Generating detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits. - Handling store administration tasks such as managing budgets and updating financial records. - Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for new items. - Keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications. - Making marketing strategy adjustments based on financial statements and sales records. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial capacity. - Strong leadership skills and proficiency in customer management. - Customer service-oriented with a deep understanding of basic business management processes. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
