Retail Store Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise sales staff (Sales Girls & Sales Boys).
• Set sales goals and monitor performance to achieve monthly targets.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
• Coordinate promotional activities and store campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and team-building skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
