Add product photos and validate sizes, ratios, and backgrounds per policy Coordinate with the design team for new photos, infographics, or short videos when needed. Fix any listing issue fast (suppressed, wrong category, missing data). Coordinate with the marketplace support team/account manager if needed. Keep stock correct for each size. Ensure there are no stock count mistakes. Update price and offers. Cross-check platform fees so we keep profit. Answer simple buyer messages using our templates. Seek help from the Sales team if needed. Analyse the sale reports. Check metrics like views, clicks and improve copy/keywords using reports. Coordinate with Sales and Design teams for new product launches and offer configurations. Maintain clean Google Drive folders and strict file-naming. Update a daily EOD tracker with counts, fixes, and live links. Skills Required Have experience of at least two platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier, Shopify. Google Sheets basics: working knowledge of filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot table, charts. Read and write simple English. Have attention to detail Ability to follow the strict SOPs (operation processes). Comfortable with flat files/bulk uploads and validation. We are hiring a Retail Store Manager who can run the store independently, lead a small team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for someone reliable, confident, disciplined, and process-driven — someone who treats the store as their responsibility, not just a job. The ideal candidate brings structure, leadership, accountability, and data-driven decision-making to daily operations while also being hands-on in sales, customer experience, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Culture Lead by example in punctuality, communication, grooming, and professionalism. Build a disciplined, positive, and motivated team culture. Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance reviews. Train staff on sales, grooming, customer handling, and SOPs. Resolve conflicts fairly while maintaining professional boundaries. 2. Sales & Customer Experience Achieve sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly). Ensure excellent customer experience with minimal returns/exchanges. Implement upselling and value-based selling techniques. Handle customer escalations calmly and confidently. Collect customer feedback and convert insights into improvements. 3. Store Operations & SOPs Manage end-to-end store operations: inventory, display, cleanliness, billing, cash, returns, opening/closing. Maintain zero inventory leakage and transparent stock movement. Ensure visual merchandising is neat, premium, and refreshed daily. Enforce compliance with all store SOPs. 4. Inventory Management & Vendor Coordination Track category performance, top-sellers, slow-movers, and size curves. Recommend reorder quantities based on data, not guesswork. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and QC. Maintain quality standards and manage exchange stock. 5. Reporting & Data Track KPIs: AOV, conversion rate, repeat %, return %, staff productivity. Prepare daily and weekly reports with actionable insights. Use POS / CRM / Excel confidently for operations and analysis. Required Skills & Traits Must-Have Minimum 3 years of retail experience (kidswear preferred). Strong team management and people-handling skills. Good English and communication skills. High ownership, discipline, and reliability. Ability to handle customers and resolve issues independently. Proficiency in POS tools, WhatsApp Business, and Excel. Good to Have Visual merchandising skills. Prior experience managing a store independently. Work Timing 6 days working Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM 1 paid leave per month Salary & Incentives Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience) Sales Incentive: ₹1,500 – ₹3,500 per month Customer Feedback Incentive: ₹700 – ₹1,500 per month Other Benefits Minimum 25% employee discount on all products in the store.
