We are looking for a responsible and self-driven Store Manager to handle day-to-day operations at Sanjay Enterprises – The Pump Shop, a 32-year-old trusted store for residential water pumps. The ideal candidate must be confident in sales, organised with inventory, and efficient in handling billing and customer interactions Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Handling • Assist walk-in customers in selecting the right water pump as per their requirement. • Understand product specifications, features, and use-cases to guide customers confidently. • Upsell and cross-sell accessories or relevant products. • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with all clients. Store Operations • Handle daily store opening and closing routines. • Maintain cleanliness and product display of the store. • Coordinate with the owner for any operational requirements. Billing & Invoicing • Create invoices using the store’s billing system. • Ensure accurate entry of prices, quantities, and customer details. • Maintain daily sales records and share reports regularly. • Manage incoming/outgoing payments (cash, UPI, bank transfers). Stock & Inventory Management • Maintain updated stock records of pumps and accessories. • Track fast-moving and slow-moving items. • Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment. • Monitor physical stock vs. system tally regularly. • Prevent stock theft, missing items, or mismanagement.
