Job Description

As a Store Manager at Meat Maestro's retail outlets in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the store while delivering excellent service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets through training and mentorship. This will involve formulating business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and maximize profitability. Additionally, hiring, training, and supervising new staff members will be under your purview. Handling customer complaints professionally, ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations, and developing promotional materials and in-store displays are also part of your duties. Furthermore, you will be required to generate detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits, manage store budgets, update financial records, monitor inventory levels, and place orders for new items. Staying updated on industry trends by attending workshops and reviewing publications will be necessary. Your insights from analyzing operating and financial statements will help shape the marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. - Motivate and train the sales team to achieve sales goals. - Develop business strategies to attract new customers and increase profitability. - Recruit, train, and supervise new staff. - Address customer complaints professionally. - Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. - Create promotional material and in-store displays. - Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profits. - Manage store budgets and financial records. - Monitor inventory levels and reorder items as needed. - Stay updated on industry trends and participate in professional development activities. - Review operating and financial statements to drive marketing strategy changes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial role. - Strong leadership and customer management skills. - Customer service-oriented with a solid understanding of basic business management processes. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.,
