Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service teams, handling store management duties, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, inventory management, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills Experience in Store Management and overseeing daily operations Knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention techniques Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage a team and work independently Management, or related field preferred Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
