• Lead and direct the creative vision across all collections and categories
• Oversee the end-to-end design process—from concept and research to final execution
• Collaborate with the founders and key teams to ensure brand consistency and innovation
• Translate cultural moments, trends, and narratives into wearable fashion
• Mentor and manage the design team, fostering creativity and excellence
• Work closely with production and marketing to align design with business goals

✨ We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in fashion design, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role
• A strong portfolio that reflects innovation, craftsmanship, and commercial appeal
• Deep understanding of Indian textiles, techniques, and contemporary aesthetics
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• A love for storytelling through fashion and a passion for pushing creative boundaries
