Job Title: Store Manager
Location:Borivali - MumbaiDepartment: Retail OperationsReports to:Operations ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining store standards in alignment with company policies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Customer Service:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Store Operations:
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store appearance meet brand standards.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and shrinkage control.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development.
  • Create staff schedules and manage shift planning.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws.
  • Handle cash management and banking processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
  • ₹40k – 50k per monthly (depending on work experience)
