Job Description

Tata CLiQ’s site marketing team is looking for a motivated, customer-obsessed Merchandiser, who will be managing timely refresh of content on site/app to provide an engaging shopping experience for Tata CLiQ’s visitors/shoppers. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing best in class merchandising strategies. The right candidate will demonstrate a keen understanding of managing, executing, allocating work, sound business sense and understanding of online, tech business and a knack for ‘getting things done. Key Responsibilities: Own end to end process of daily/weekly/monthly/yearly website/App assets, category stores, Brand stores, Hybrids, Mini stores, and Strategic stores. Responsible for merchandising strategies and refresh assets for all small and big sale events as per commercial calendar Maintain relationships with Brands, Creation & maintenance of online Brand stores on our website. Own design, scheduling, and creation of new stores to drive CTR’s and customer engagement. Partner with product, technology and UI-UX teams to build a roadmap and execute projects that lead to increased engagement from active customers as well as lapsed customers. Partner closely with cross functional business, planning and design teams and own the daily timely and error free refresh of homepage, category stores and brand store, and thematic stores across all channels. Partner with technology and product teams to enable increased automation of across tools, targeting, reporting and channel platform strategies across channels. Build and maintain the performance report of team members. Manage team’s workload and ensure timely and error free refresh of merchandising properties. Build, maintain, analyse, and communicate channel wise merchandising properties performance reports. Recommend and implement optimizations based on learnings and insights. Basic Qualification: Graduation/Master’s Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results. Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Marketing experience focused on building and designing digital content campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualification: MBA from reputed institute. Understanding of HTML, XML, and Excel skills with an understanding of web development Entrepreneurial and creative spirit, ability to try different things with minimal direction. Experience with web/mobile analytics programs i.e., Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, and quick learner.
