Reports To: Area Manager / Retail Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our Home Essentials store, ensuring excellent customer experience, high sales performance, and smooth retail execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.

Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement.

Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to ensure strong product knowledge and customer service standards.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse for replenishment, and manage shrinkage.

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and visual display standards.

Handle customer queries, escalations, and feedback professionally.

Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, and assist in planning promotions or in-store activities.

Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Graduate with 3–6 years of retail experience, preferably in Home, Lifestyle, or FMCG categories.

Proven track record in team handling and achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Basic understanding of billing systems, POS operations, and MS Office.

Flexible to work on weekends and retail hours.
