Job Description

Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, team performance, and customer service excellence
Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and client relationship building
Monitor store KPIs and implement action plans for improvement
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency
Train, mentor, and motivate team members
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Ensure optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and accurate stock reporting

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 4 years of experience in managing a
luxury retail store or premium fashion brand
Strong leadership, communication, and clienteling skills
Well-versed with POS systems, sales reporting, and inventory control
Excellent grooming and professional presentation
Passionate about fashion and delivering a world-class customer experience
