Store Manager (Lifestyle/ Fashion)

About The Opportunity

• Own day-to-day store operations to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, margin, and KPI objectives for a high-traffic fashion & lifestyle store.
• Lead, hire, coach and develop a high-performing store team; set clear sales goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and deliver on-the-floor coaching to improve conversion and average transaction value.
• Manage inventory lifecycle: forecast demand, drive replenishment, optimise stock levels, and run regular stock audits to minimise shrinkage.
• Execute visual merchandising and planogram standards to maximise product presentation, seasonal displays, and promotional rollouts that drive footfall and buying behaviour.
• Ensure seamless store operations: cash and POS accuracy, store opening/closing, compliance with loss-prevention protocols, and adherence to health & safety standards.
• Analyse sales data and retail KPIs to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and produce actionable weekly/monthly business reports for regional leadership.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven retail management experience in fashion or lifestyle stores with responsibility for P&L or store-level P&L exposure.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving conversion in a brick-and-mortar retail environment.
• Hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and daily cash reconciliation.
• Demonstrable expertise in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising and planogram execution to drive sales uplift.
• Ability to analyse retail KPI reports and use Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and forecasting.
  

Preferred

• Experience with CRM systems and omni-channel retail operations.
• Prior exposure to multi-store management or regional retail operations.
• Experience managing store P&L and contributing to monthly financial outcomes.
