Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and customer experience are met consistently.
• Manage and motivate a team of 25+ store staff to achieve targets and maintain brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Iconic’s premium positioning.
• Ensure visual merchandising and stock presentation adheres to brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and coordinate with the warehouse and HO teams.
• Drive in-store marketing, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze store performance data and prepare business reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit protocols, and safety standards.
• Develop and mentor the team through regular training and performance reviews.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum

  5–6 years of experience

  as a

  Store Manager

  or in a similar leadership role in the

  apparel retail industry

  (preferably premium or luxury segment).
• Proven track record of managing

  15 Cr+ annual business turnover

  .
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of fashion trends, customer behavior, and visual merchandising.
• Should be target-driven, customer-focused, and operationally sound.
• Ability to handle high footfall and manage a large team with efficiency.
