Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager for our retail operations in Kolhapur, Kerala. This position is a full-time, mid-level role that requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store operations to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Quick Decision Making: Ability to make quick and effective decisions to solve problems and maintain smooth store operations.

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage inventory to ensure product availability and reduce shrinkage.
• Design and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Lead and train store staff to meet performance targets.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the retail industry.
