Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our multi-sports retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving sales to achieve store targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage overall store operations. Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver high-quality customer service. Ensure smooth billing, stock management, and visual merchandising. Track daily sales, prepare reports, and work towards achieving monthly targets. Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues effectively. Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with suppliers and management for stock replenishment. Requirements: Proven experience in retail management (preferably sports or lifestyle stores). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle operations, staff scheduling, and inventory. Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability.
