Job Description

A Solar Store Manager oversees retail operations, drives sales, and ensures customer satisfaction by managing staff, optimizing store processes, and driving sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading and training a sales team, monitoring and enhancing lead-to-sale conversions, managing inventory and facility upkeep, and coordinating with central teams for reporting and process improvements. The ideal candidate has prior retail management experience, strong leadership and sales skills, and a passion for renewable energy. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Operations:
  • Manage daily store operations, including facility upkeep, security, and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-energy, customer-focused environment to achieve sales goals.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Oversee customer interactions, handle escalations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Performance:
  • Drive store sales by analysing performance metrics like footfall and conversion rates, and implementing strategies to improve them.
  • Inventory & Logistics:
  • Manage store inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Reporting & Strategy:
  • Generate reports on store performance, analyse customer insights, and share feedback with the central team for process optimization.
  • Business Expansion:
  • Scout and evaluate potential new store locations based on customer potential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Leadership:
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and training.
  • Sales Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years in retail sales and store management, preferably in solar, real estate, or high-value consumer goods.
  • Customer Service:
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including CRM tools and sales funnel tracking.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of solar systems and a passion for renewable energy are beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
