Store Manager Retail / Jewellery / Fashion – Bangalore

Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain brand experience.
Handle visual merchandising, stock display, and store upkeep.
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
Lead, motivate, and train the store team for high performance.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
Handle billing, POS operations, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Coordinate with internal teams for staffing, promotions, and marketing.

Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in
Retail / Fashion / Jewellery industry
.
Proven team-handling and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Hands-on experience in
POS systems, sales reporting, and store operations
.
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
