Store Manager

Key Responsibilities: Store Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of daily store operations. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards. Handle basic administrative tasks like reports, petty cash, and daily reconciliation. Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly sales targets for refurbished phones, accessories, and repair services. Promote upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. Monitor store KPIs and take corrective actions as required. Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues quickly. Ensure prompt and effective handling of device buyback and resale processes. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train store staff. Schedule shifts and manage team performance. Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, returns, and shrinkage. Coordinate with backend supply team for timely replenishment. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain proper documentation. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain store documentation like invoices, daily reports, and audit logs. Report daily sales, footfall, and service metrics to the Area Manager. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Commerce). 2–4 years of experience in retail operations; mobile/electronics retail preferred. Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is ideal. Strong people management and customer handling skills. Tech-savvy with basic understanding of mobile phones and gadgets. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
