Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Drive
sales of mobiles, laptops, and accessories
to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Supervise, train, and motivate the
sales team
to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure
product display, stock arrangement, and showroom maintenance
as per company standards.
Handle
customer queries, escalations, and complaints
to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track
inventory levels
, manage stock, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely replenishment.
Prepare and present
daily/weekly sales reports
to management.
Implement promotional activities, offers, and campaigns to boost sales.
Monitor
billing, cash handling, and store expenses
to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
Stay updated on
latest mobile/laptop models, features, and market trends
to guide customers effectively.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
mobiles, laptops, and related accessories
.
Proven experience in
retail store management and sales leadership
.
Excellent
communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills
.
Ability to manage and motivate a
team of sales executives
.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Good knowledge of
MS Office / POS billing software
.
