Lead and manage the Quality team to ensure product and process compliance. Implement and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards. Drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans for OEM projects. Handle customer quality interactions, audits, and 8D problem-solving. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to reduce defects. Manage supplier quality performance and audits. Monitor key metrics such as PPM, rejection rate, and customer complaints. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the production line. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Quality role within manufacturing. Strong knowledge of quality systems and customer quality processes. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation in ERP/system. Plan and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Ensure safe handling, identification, and storage of materials as per company standards. Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams for material planning and reconciliation. Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies. Supervise and guide store staff to ensure timely and accurate material transactions. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store premises. Monitor movement of incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper approvals. Support in audit preparations and compliance with company policies.
