Drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans for OEM projects. Handle customer quality interactions, audits, and 8D problem-solving. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to reduce defects. Manage supplier quality performance and audits. Monitor key metrics such as PPM, rejection rate, and customer complaints. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the production line. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Quality role within manufacturing. Strong knowledge of quality systems and customer quality processes. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Supervise and guide store staff to ensure timely and accurate material transactions. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store premises. Monitor movement of incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper approvals. Support in audit preparations and compliance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile 1) Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electronics or equivalent 2) Minimum Experience: 3 years , preferable in Testing/Validation of Electronics. Desirable Skills: 1) Hands on experience in single sided and double sided PCB layout design 2) Well versed in using Oscilloscope, Signal generators, power supplies, network analyzers, Spectrometer.
