Job Description

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation in ERP/system.
Plan and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Ensure safe handling, identification, and storage of materials as per company standards.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams for material planning and reconciliation.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
Supervise and guide store staff to ensure timely and accurate material transactions.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store premises.
Monitor movement of incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper approvals.
Support in audit preparations and compliance with company policies.
