📌 Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge who can has experience in FMCG Industry, can manage daily cash handling, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth store operations. The ideal candidate should be reliable, disciplined, and capable of supervising overall store functioning, including maintenance, customer service, and coordination with management. 📌 Key Responsibilities 1. Cash Handling & Accounting Count, verify, and record daily cash collection. Prepare daily cash summary & deposit cash to the bank/vendor as instructed. Maintain petty cash records and update daily financial entries. Coordinate with management for daily reporting and reconciliation. 2. Store Operations & Supervision Ensure smooth daily operations of the store. Maintain high-quality customer service and address walk-in customer needs. Supervise staff and ensure timely opening/closing of the store. Monitor cleanliness, discipline, and overall store presentation. 3. Inventory Management (Inward & Outward) Maintain proper records of stock received and stock dispatched. Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers for timely inward. Track fast-moving/slow-moving stock and inform management. 4. Maintenance & Upkeep Identify and report any maintenance issues immediately. Coordinate with technicians/vendors for repairs and service. Ensure electricity, equipment, and store infrastructure remain in working condition. 5. Reporting & Coordination Share daily sales, stock, and cash reports with management. Assist with preparation of basic accounts and documentation. Work closely with the management team for planning and improvements. 📌 Skills Required Strong organizational and accounting skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel / billing software Good communication and customer handling skills Ability to supervise and lead store operations Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude 📌 Qualifications Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Experience in FMCG store management, accounting, cashiering, or retail operations preferred Interested candidates, Share your CV on WhatsApp at +91 9711653738 only.
