Role Description

The Store Incharge role is a full-time position based on-site in Patna. The primary responsibilities include overseeing store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, supervising staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Additionally, the Store Incharge will uphold organizational standards, address customer inquiries or issues, and work to achieve sales goals while maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to handle operations and safeguard assets.
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to provide exceptional experiences and resolve concerns.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity and organization in the store.
Prior experience in the retail industry or related field is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and processes is a plus.
Capability to work independently and make prompt decisions in a dynamic environment.
