Process Control: Monitor and control processes, adjusting parameters as needed to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, collaborating with maintenance teams to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly. Safety Compliance: Enforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and taking corrective actions when necessary. Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, supervisors, and other departments to relay important information and ensure a seamless transition between shifts. Record Keeping: Document operational activities, readings, and incidents in logbooks or computer systems, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records. Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies or abnormal situations, following established protocols to mitigate risks and protect personnel and equipment. Training: Assist in the training of new operators, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality and adherence to specifications, taking corrective actions to address deviations and maintain product integrity. Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform routine maintenance on equipment during scheduled downtimes. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent inventory management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliations. Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish inventory as needed. Your responsibilities include: Design and build electrochemical cells and stacks. Design and develop, and implement electrolysis cell components: electrocatalysts, diffusion and catalyst layer, membranes and coatings, bipolar plates etc. Detailed engineering design and optimization of critical components affecting the electrolysis cell performance and durability. Developing new, innovative, and cost-effective solutions for the synthesis of electrocatalysts and electrodes for electrolyzer stacks. Designing and developing cost-effective compositions and synthesis techniques for manufacturing of bipolar plates for electrolyzer. Selection of sealants and gaskets for high-pressure electrolyzer stack design and manufacturing.
