Store Incharge – Job Description Position: Store Incharge Location: Vesu, Surat Industry: FMCG / Organic / Retail (Harakh Naturals type) Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations independently Billing & cash handling (POS systems) Stock management: inward/outward, expiry checks, reorder planning Maintain store hygiene, display & visual merchandising Handle walk-in customers & explain products confidently Coordinate with HO for sales reports & inventory updates Manage helpers/sales staff (if any) Candidate RequirementsGraduate (BCA / B.Com / Any graduation preferred) Computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp reporting) Retail experience: 1–3 years preferred Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly Nearby residence to Vesu is a plus ✅ Salary₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on experience) Incentives (optional)
