Store Executive

1. Inventory Management • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials. • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records. • Manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts of formwork components, machine spare parts, tools, and consumables. 2. Material Receiving & Inspection • Verify quality and quantity of materials received against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Challans. • Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspection and acceptance of materials. • Tag and store materials systematically based on category, size, and type with available barcode system. 3. Storage and Handling • Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, especially for aluminum components. • Implement 5S and FIFO systems as applicable. • Ensure safe handling of materials and adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards. 4. Issue and Dispatch of Material • Issue materials to production or site based on Material Requisition Slips (MRS). • Prepare and maintain records for internal transfers and dispatches to project sites. • Ensure accurate documentation (Gate Passes, GRNs, etc.) for every transaction. 5. Documentation and ERP/System Updates • Update stock and movement data in ERP or inventory management software (ERP software developed by market leader software company) • Maintain documents like stock registers, MRS, GRN, Issue Slips, Return Notes, etc. • Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management. 6. Coordination and Communication • Coordinate with purchase, production, quality, and logistics departments for smooth workflow. • Follow up with suppliers for pending deliveries or replacements. • Support project teams with material availability for ongoing and upcoming works. 7. Scrap and Defective Material Handling • Maintain records of damaged, defective, or scrap materials. • Coordinate disposal or recycling in line with company policy and sustainability practices. 8. Audit and Compliance • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary records and compliance data. • Ensure adherence to quality management standards relevant to the factory.
