Skills Required

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems
Expertise in Inventory Control & Material Planning
Strong communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills
Understanding of tax compliance for materials
Familiarity with FIFO, 5S, and standard store-keeping practices
MIS Reporting & Documentation

KRA's

Inventory Management:
Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO), and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and system updates, including BIN card management.
Store Operations:
Oversee day-to-day store operations including cleanliness, safety, security, and efficient layout for material handling.
Ensure timely issuing of raw materials to production as per the Kit Issue Planning schedule.
Inventory Planning & Control:
Analyze consumption trends and plan inventory by determining stock levels, reorder points, and order quantities.
Ensure seamless flow of materials with minimal holding cost.
Team Leadership:
Guide, train, and retain a high-performing store team.
Encourage adherence to store discipline, SOPs, and continuous improvement practices.
