Store Executive

The Store Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished goods in a textile manufacturing environment. The role ensures accurate inventory control, proper documentation, and smooth coordination between production, procurement, and dispatch departments.

Key Responsibilities:1. Material Management

• Receive, verify, and record all incoming raw materials, yarns, fabrics, and accessories as per purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials to maintain traceability and avoid damage or contamination.
• Issue materials to production units based on approved requisitions and maintain accurate stock records.

2. Inventory Control

• Maintain up-to-date stock registers (manual and/or ERP-based).
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Identify and report slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete materials.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Notes (MINs), and other inventory documentation.
• Maintain proper records for inward, outward, and return materials.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management review.

4. Coordination

• Liaise with purchase, production, and quality departments for smooth material flow.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor bill verification and GRN-related documentation.
• Support dispatch operations by ensuring availability of finished goods and packing materials.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure the store area complies with company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in storage areas.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
