We’re a youth-driven brand focused on customer-first experience, dynamic retail environments, and fashion made accessible for all. --- Position Summary The Retail Store Executive will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, visual merchandising, and sales performance. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Customer Experience Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner. Understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable products. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers. Upsell, cross-sell, and promote combo offers or ongoing campaigns. Ensure high conversion rate and customer satisfaction scores. 2. Store Operations Handle POS billing, cash/card transactions, and daily sales reporting. Ensure correct tagging, barcoding, and pricing of all merchandise. Maintain accurate stock count and coordinate with backend/warehouse for replenishment. Participate in daily opening and closing of the store as per SOP. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store display standards at all times. 3. Visual Merchandising Execute and maintain in-store displays as per TBS VM guidelines. Support new collection launches and seasonal setups. Ensure mannequins, tables, and racks are styled to reflect brand identity. 4. Stock & Inventory Assist in stock audits, inward/outward entries, and transfers between stores. Identify slow-moving or damaged stock and report for action. Support stock counting and barcode scanning during periodic checks. 5. Team & Communication Coordinate effectively with store staff, cashiers, and visual merchandisers. Communicate feedback from customers to management for improvements. Support the Store Manager in training and onboarding new team members. 6. Compliance & Brand Values Follow company policies, grooming standards, and punctuality requirements. Adhere to operational SOPs for billing, discounts, and customer handling. Represent TBS with professionalism and uphold its “Style x Affordability” promise. --- Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong selling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. Good understanding of fashion trends and styling. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Basic knowledge of POS systems, Excel, and retail software. Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
