Job Title: Store & Dispatch Executive Location: Sainikpuri, Secundarabad Industry: Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Department: Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Experience: Minimum 5 years as a stores and despatch executive in any manufacturing co Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store & Dispatch Executive to manage inventory, oversee warehouse operations, and ensure the timely dispatch of industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing setup and be familiar with logistics, ERP systems, and inventory control practices. Key Responsibilities: Stores Management Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials. Supervise unloading, storage, and issuance of raw materials, spares, tools, and consumables. Implement FIFO, LIFO, and other inventory control techniques. Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of inventory. Ensure proper labeling, binning, and storage conditions for different materials. Maintain stock levels and initiate reorders as required. Dispatch Management Plan and coordinate dispatch of finished goods as per customer orders. Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, etc. Liaise with transporters, customers, and internal teams for smooth and timely dispatches. Ensure proper packaging and handling of industrial equipment during transportation. Monitor lead times and logistics costs to optimize delivery efficiency. Documentation & Compliance Maintain and update records for audits (internal/external, ISO, etc.). Ensure compliance with GST, transportation, and safety regulations. Coordinate with finance and sales teams for dispatch-related documentation. System & Reporting Utilize ERP software (SAP / Tally / Oracle / Zoho, etc.) for inventory and dispatch transactions. Generate regular reports for stock status, dispatch schedules, and shortages. Suggest process improvements in inventory and dispatch management. Qualifications & Skills:Graduate / Diploma / BE in any discipline (preferably in Mechanical/Industrial/Logistics). 3–10 years of experience in stores and dispatch roles in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software. Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, inventory norms, and logistics. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of safety protocols and statutory compliance in logistics. Preferred Experience:Experience handling heavy machinery or industrial equipment. Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001 processes.
