Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous manner.
  • Present menu and assist guests in making food & beverage choices.
  • Take and relay accurate food & beverage orders to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve food & beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
  • Clear tables and reset for the next guest efficiently.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards of the restaurant.
  • Follow company grooming and service standards at all times.
  • Support Captains and Managers in smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

  • 10th/12th Pass or Hotel Management Diploma (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in F&B Service (freshers may apply).
  • Good communication skills (English & local language).
  • Customer-oriented, positive attitude, and team player.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of Stewards in designated sections.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
  • Take guest orders, upsell menu items, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Allocate tables and manage table turnovers efficiently.
  • Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service staff for smooth operations.
  • Handle guest complaints tactfully and escalate when necessary.
  • Train, guide, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain stock of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Assist in daily reports, MIS, and cashiering as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of F&B Service experience, with at least 1 year as a Captain.
  • Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures preferred.
