Roles and Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival. Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently. Set up dining areas and ensure hygiene standards. Provide exceptional customer service throughout, addressing any concerns or queries from guests. Ensure guest requests are addressed and resolving any issues promptly. Have a strong knowledge of the menu. Work closely with other team members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant, room service, or banquet facilities. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in F&B industry or related field (catering, hospitality). Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure. Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed even in challenging situations.
